Orders, Payments and Cancellations
Do I need an account to place an order?
No, you can checkout as a guest. Creating an account makes it easier to track orders, manage returns and save gift cards.
Where can I view my order details?
You can view your order details anytime in your Account page.
Can I edit or cancel my order once it’s been placed?
If you’d like to cancel or edit your order, please contact us as soon as possible so we can assist. The standard processing time for our orders is 24 hours.
What payment methods are accepted?
We accept all major credit/debit cards and other payment service providers which are supported by Shopify Payments, such as PayPal and Apple Pay.
Can I change my payment method?
No, once the order has been placed the payment method cannot be changed.
Why can’t I checkout with multiple quantities?
Certain products are limited to one per customer to discourage scalpers and ensure fairness and availability for everyone.
Why was my payment declined?
Check that your billing details match your bank or try another payment method. If issues persist contact your bank or us at hello@readonlymemory.com.
Shipping
What shipping methods do you offer?
We ship with tracked courier services for reliability and peace of mind.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship worldwide. Please check our Shipping Policy for a list of restricted countries.
Do you offer express shipping?
Currently no, only tracked standard courier.
Do you deliver to PO boxes?
As we rely on tracked courier services, we are unfortunately unable to deliver to PO boxes.
How long will it take for my order to arrive?
Our standard processing time for orders is 24 hours. Check our Shipping policy to see the estimated delivery time for your region.
How much does delivery cost?
Delivery costs are based on live courier rates to ensure the most competitive pricing. We also subsidize a portion of all shipping fees to keep costs low for our customers.
How can I track my order?
Once your order has been shipped, you’ll receive an email with tracking information directly from the courier.
What happens if I miss my delivery?
The courier will usually attempt redelivery or leave instructions for pickup.
How can I change my delivery address?
If you’d like to change your delivery address, please contact us soon as possible via email at hello@readonlymemory.com so we can assist.
Will my orders be shipped in the same package if I have multiple items?
Yes, we’ll combine items into one shipment whenever possible.
Can I request my package to be held at a local courier location for pickup?
Yes, if the courier provides this option, you’ll be able to request it directly through their service.
Why did I receive a bill from the courier?
If you received a bill from the courier, you may have outstanding taxes and duties to pay.

Returns, Lost and Damaged Items
Is my order eligible for a return? How do I request a refund?

My order arrived damaged. What should I do?
Please contact us at hello@readonlymemory.com within 7 calendar days, and provide details, such as a description of the damage and photographs so we can advise on how to proceed.
My order was delivered to the wrong address. / My order was lost.
Please reach out to us at hello@readonlymemory.com so we can assist in line with our Refund Policy.

A book I want is sold out, will it be restocked?
Some products are limited editions, and won’t make a return after selling out. Open editions may restock in the future.
Do you offer wholesale or bulk purchasing?

Pre-orders
How do I place a pre-order?
Pre-orders are placed the same way as any other product purchase.
When will I be charged?
Payment is taken at the time you place your order.
When will I receive my pre-orders?
Estimated shipping dates are provided on the product page, but please note these may by subject to change, in which case we will inform you via email.
Can I pre-order more than one item at a time?
Yes, unless the item has a purchase limit. Pre-orders cannot be purchased together with in-stock items, as they ship separately.
I’ve changed my mind, can I cancel my pre-order?
Yes, you may cancel your order any time before the items are dispatched. To request a cancellation and refund, please get in touch at hello@readonlymemory.com
Can I return a pre-order after delivery?
Yes, our standard return policy applies.
What happens if a pre-order release date changes?
In the even that a pre-order release date changes, we will notify you via email.
